Why PMVA training can matter in suitable placements

Some healthcare and social care environments need staff who understand prevention, de-escalation and safe responses to behaviour that may challenge. Full PMVA training that is BILD accredited is an added advantage and may be required for some placements. Candidates should tell the agency whether they hold this training and provide evidence where available.
