Role summary
Register for waking night support worker opportunities where services need alert, reliable night cover.
Responsibilities
Remain awake throughout the shift, follow night support plans, complete checks, respond to needs, record appropriately, escalate concerns and support a calm overnight environment.
Requirements
Previous waking night or care experience is preferred. Applicants should be comfortable working overnight and able to follow service instructions carefully.
Full PMVA training that is BILD accredited is an added advantage and may be required for some placements. Applicants who already hold BILD accredited PMVA training may be prioritised for suitable roles.
DBS and right to work
DBS checks, update service evidence or a new DBS process may be required depending on the placement.
