Role summary
Register for care assistant opportunities supporting care homes, domiciliary care providers and private clients where suitable roles are available.
Responsibilities
Provide person centred care, support daily living tasks, maintain dignity and privacy, follow agreed instructions, report concerns and support safe communication during handovers.
Requirements
Care experience is helpful, although every application is reviewed against the role. Applicants must be honest about experience, availability, training, travel and suitability.
Full PMVA training that is BILD accredited is an added advantage and may be required for some placements. Applicants who already hold BILD accredited PMVA training may be prioritised for suitable roles.
DBS and right to work
DBS checks, update service evidence or a new DBS process may be required depending on the placement.
